BitTorrent and EMULE cant be used for streamyx(can but very slow) because both of them are dealing with 99.9% contents that violates the Terms and Conditions of Streamyx account. Maybe you can post but the download rate will be around 0.5 to 2.0 kb/s only.

Now we can use VPN to bypass the capping. The major problem is still on streamyx stability.
